Interview
The first part of the process was a casual conversation with the recruiter, during which we had the opportunity to get to know each other. The second part was with the HR team (two people), who asked me a series of standard HR questions. The third part was an interview with a senior developer, during which I was asked to provide examples of how I would approach certain problems and to demonstrate my knowledge of the technologies they use. There was no coding assignment as such.
