How do you motivate yourself to complete smaller/tedious tasks?
around 4-5 rounds, last interview they asked me how I'd sell a pen, followed up by questions about distribution and logistics. The people were really nice. Pay is good. I wish I had gotten the job, but they eventually said no after weeks of interviews. I was kind of bummed out, but I realized I wasn't allowed to take the job anyway due to visa restrictions.
