I applied online and received a response from HR within a few weeks. The interview process consisted of three rounds, including two with the team and one onsite. The Good: HR was responsive and communicative, frequently checking in throughout the process. Interviews were promptly scheduled and progressed swiftly. The Bad: The interviewers seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic. There were instances where they appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with the candidate they were interviewing. Additionally, I had no clue about the agenda or format for either meeting, so I prepared for everything from a formal presentation to a casual chat. The first interviewer, while friendly, seemed disorganized and often went off on tangents, making it challenging to maintain a focused discussion. On the other hand, the second interviewer had a clear agenda but never shared it with me in advance. They appeared to be in a hurry and frequently interrupted me to provide feedback or ask if I had any other questions. The workplace culture appeared to be very senior-oriented and had a "broey" vibe.
