The interview process was smooth and overall just
a phenomenal experience, from start to finish.
It started with a semi-casual conversation with a recruiter, which felt like a conversation with a close friend - the recruiter did a great job of making me feel comfortable while also being informative, engaging, and efficient overall. The second interview was with a sales manager, who was fantastic to talk to. I was able to share my experience, learn about the sales manager's experience, and fun facts about the company. The final stage was a panel interview with two sales managers and the head of business development. Throughout this entire process, I was consistently surprised by how pleasant each subsequent conversation was - because, starting from the very first interview with the recruiter, the bar was already set so high, yet each following interview was just as -or even more- fulfilling and informative as the last one, consistently until the very end. I think a big factor that contributed to such a positive experience was how the recruiter started the whole process off on such a great note - she provided great info and tips from the get-go that left me feeling ready, and really helped me going forward.
