      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon in Mar 2025

      Interview

Applied for a position and heard back from a senior recruiter almost immediately. Scheduled my pre-screen interview and was told I afterwards that the hiring manager would like to schedule an interview. Before the hiring manager meeting, I was told there were multiple positions available and I would be considered for all of them. Had the meeting with the hiring manager which ended up including the team lead which seemed to go well. Sent a thank you email to hiring manager after the interview and got no response. Waited 4 weeks, checking the status often in workday which showed in progress but received no response from either the recruiter or the hiring manager. Sent a final email to the hiring manager asking for some feedback and received an apologetic reply indicating he meant to provide an update but forgot to inform me they filled all the position. Very dysfunctional company and unprofessional on the part of the recruiter and hiring manager. Stay away.
