I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verizon (Henrietta, NY) in Sep 2011
Interview
Attended a job open house, waited in a very long line to get to a pre-qualification table, answered a few quick questions there and advanced to another area for more in depth interviews. Spoke with a couple supervisors and then HR representatives. Very customer and business focused; it was very important to be able to relay current experience and how it would fit with this company.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
