Interviewed for one hour with the manager and a couple peers. Very casual and inviting setting. It felt more like a meet and greet to learn more about the company and sell yourself.

Completed three interview rounds, including a session with the full team. The process felt perfectly balanced—highly professional yet refreshingly informal. I really appreciated the transparent culture and welcoming team dynamic. Although, a little old school.

Asked about salary expectations and Why do I want to be a PM. Started with a recruiter reaching out, then held a call with the Hiring Manager/ Director of the org, followed by a meeting with 4 engineers & PM on the call. Final round was ~1 hours long.
