I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Bedminster, NJ) in Sep 2017
Interview
S.T.A.R. format plain and simple. Know this inside out and you will interview well, but also be prepared to ask thoughtful questions at the end (no - not pay, benefits, or start date). Be knowledgeable about the company, but questions such as: "What accomplishment(s) in the first 30,60,90 days would you expect to see as an indication of a successful hire?" "What's an example of single, important task could I do to daily to ensure my manager is confident in my performance?"

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Verizon
Interview
Completed three interview rounds, including a session with the full team. The process felt perfectly balanced—highly professional yet refreshingly informal. I really appreciated the transparent culture and welcoming team dynamic. Although, a little old school.
