I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (Los Altos, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Typical phone screen then live interview with standard sales and culture questions. Required quota specific information and sales funnel capabilities and how big is your Rolodex. HR was very professional but the time lapse from submittal to initial co tact was over 45 Days so I had already settled into a new role but still attended the interview anyway

Question 1
Just basic customer service/ STAR based questions.
The interview was a process. I had to tell them lots of things. I answered questions. They answered questions. We both answered each other's questions about things. They were nice. There was free coffee
Long, mostly video interviews. Questions are cliche and repetitive. Process is simple enough just not to my liking. It’s also my understanding they have mandatory training for 3 weeks. Seems ridiculous to have qualified salespeople train for that long.
