I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Cranberry, PA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by email that day to schedule a phone interview. I asked to be contacted only by phone but was contacted by email anyway so check your email anyway. The phone interview was basic, they had sent me some material to read before the interview, make sure you read it because they ask what you think of it. Then they schedule you for a computer assessment (which is the point I am at now) then another phone interview and then a face to face interview. They do want people who are just looking for any job until a better one comes along, they want good people who want to move up within the company.

Question 1
Tell me of a situation in which there was a problem and the way you would usually handle the problem did not work, what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2026
Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
