2. Study job information and perform mock test calls, emails, and chatroom cases
3. Board room style interviews with the location you will be hired for
So I had a brief screening with an HR rep over the phone. Then I sat with two supervisors for the interview. Then, I was asked a series of questions, and asked to do two role play questions. Fairly normal interview for customer service
