Next interview will be with the hiring manager and district manager. Interview with hiring manager and district manager very easy going. Manager and district manager will ask about your most difficult situations, team work experience, over and beyond experience, and accomplishments on pervious jobs. Sales experience and customer service experience are good skills for a sales position at Verizon Wireless. Dress business professional.

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
