Straightforward. Make sure you always read over everything they send you and look over the interview tips. For the first round interview it was pretty formal and pretty much just got your general knowledge of vanguard.

It is a simple Star method interview. If you practice star questions it will not be hard for you. Prepare for the hard questions but don't stress over it. Most likely going to be easy for you
