Interview
They ask you a bunch of STAR questions . Star being situation, task, action and resolution or result. Then they give a client scenario and you act that out. Two people interview you. You person is friendly generally and one person plays it cool. It's usually two people who are skilled or qualified to interview a paper bag so you should be fine.

Tell me about a time.... A lot of tell me about a times. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult colleague. Tell me about a time you had to work on a project with limited instruction. Tell me about a time disagreed with your supervisor, how did it go. And so on.
In person interview involved a series of questions. It is best to be prepared at the interview like carry a notebook. It would be best to practice the interview and be prepared and friendly.

Overall it was a standard interview. First you have to do a phone call interview and if they like your answers you go to the company in person. Once you are there they give you quick tour, give you a case study, and lastly a behavioral interview.

Received an email within twenty four hours about a phone interview. I was able to choose from my top three choices of preferred times because their main office uses east coast time.
