Interview
After submitting my application online, I was contacted to submit a snippet of what my teaching would look like. This was a short video I recorded on my phone. From what I remember, that was it, and then they accepted me.

Question 1
In the application, they asked about my experience working with kids. In the video I recorded about my teaching style, I was given a lesson plan and had to teach accordingly.
Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
