I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VIPKid
Interview
they schedule a call and ask you about your experience with teaching and educational background ; you have to have a college degree ; then they ask you to do a brief mock class where they act like a child and you teach. They are basically trying to find every fault because this interview determines what they will pay you and because of the surplus of hirees, they know they can get away with paying you the lowest bar. But they use the mock as there excuse. They judge lighting and your TPR ( body modeling and energy). Once you pass that, you will be offered pay and then they have you do a longer mock with a teacher, then possibly another for another grade level.

Question 1
they ask about educational background and teaching experience; then the mock class
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
