The interview process was fine, but when you get to your Mock classes they are very meticulous in a sense they rate a teacher...I prepared very well, I followed their instructions, I worked in phonics, I had all my props, flashcards, puppets, etc...I felt rally upset and very disappointed...twice they said you failed...I think this is because even though I am an American citizen I still look Latin... but I know really good English, I know phonics, I feel I am really well prepared for this online job, anyways, when God close a door, God opens a new one...

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
