Interview
There are many steps for this job. First you have to submit your resume, then you might get an offer to do a "mock class" which is a short interview with a 10 minute teaching period. After that there are two rounds of "mock classes" which also contain an interview.
We have been working to consolidate information provided to our future applicants to be more unified and transparent for those interested in joining the VIPKID teaching community.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
