It required prep time, and even if prepared there can be issues teaching for the first time online. The interview still went well with high energy, but you were timed and it was hard to cover all the teaching material. The timing is something you learn in teaching and it's not something you get perfect on the first try. According to others it is a very detailed process, and the pay is low to a possible average rate. Even though denied, I decided to not take position due to the timing and feeling I have to rush through a lesson and speak fast and move fast with the student.

We are currently working on streamlining the process to help our future applicants and recruitment team. Apologies that your interview experience was lacking, we are working to improve additional training.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
