Interview
It was a two to three part Skype interview. The interviewer was clear and direct and the interview was easy if you have teaching experience and read all the preparation and training materials. VIPKID provides you with extensive support though training and throughout your employment. They respond to questions promptly and seem fair and supportive with educators and students. The process goes quickly!
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
