Interview
The interview process was fairly straight-forward. I had one demo class and then I taught one full-length practicum to another teacher. I only had to do one practicum, but I have heard that it sometimes takes two. If you prepare for the lessons, you should do fine. They give you explicit details about what they are looking for, and you are just trying to get a passing score on their rubric.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
