Extremely lengthy and time consuming process. The interview process itself is quite easy and short... but the entire assessment process is hella long. Practicums are difficult because they require you to be exactly like whoever is evaluating you... Picky evaluators who offer very little coaching. Unexpected from educators (who become pract evaluators). Would not recommend...
