I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Usercentrics in May 2026
Interview
Went through 4 rounds of interviews within a two week process, including in office. Had a good experience overall. Then never heard back after that whether it was a rejection or accept. After the recruiter informed me of a timeline, Just ghosted. Spoke to another person with a similar experience.

Can you explain how you sell a technical product to a non technical customer?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Usercentrics (Prague) in Oct 2025
Interview
The recruiter was a genuine highlight - communicative, warm, and on top of every step. The process itself, less so.
The case study required significant prep time and deliverables that felt more like actual work than an assessment. The final interview had the energy of an interrogation rather than a two-way conversation - one-sided, intense, and leaving little room to ask questions or get a real sense of the team.
For a company in this space, the candidate experience could use some of the same attention it asks candidates to put into their submissions.
Terrible experience. The hiring manager did not know how to schedule interviews and scheduled me the same day the email was sent out without any prior planning or notice. By the time I saw their email the time had already passed. I wrote to follow up but what ghosted and never got a response. If they treat like that in advance before you even work then then it’s just a sign of worse things to come. Unprofessional!
