UserTesting Customer Service Representative interview questions

Had a call with HR and midway through the interview process I get asked if I might be interested in a different role as an SDR for another region. I replied that the role is too entry level for me and focused on cold calling which is the complete opposite of the AM role I applied for. So on the moment I said I am not interested the HR rushed me with "Ok thank you for your time" without even leaving me to ask the questions I had prepared - which made me understand straight away that I won't go through in the process. It was completely unpolite and rude to waste my time when you could have asked me in an email rather then waisting my time with an interview.

Worked through a recruiter. Video Conference Interview.. 1 hour one-on-one with questions and some other stuff. Was not impressed with their current business plan and had difficulty understanding how their model worked
