First, they called me to discuss the interview date and time. On the interview day, there were three interviewers: the HR representative, the Manager, and the Dean of the department. Since I had just graduated, they asked me about my competencies in both theoretical knowledge and practical methods, such as using lab instruments. After the interview, they gave me and the other interviewees a tour of the campus. They got back to me with the result about two weeks later.

In person interview where I was asked 8 questions by panel of 2. After interview was shown around the laboratory and offered a chance to ask more questions in a more informal setting.
