So far so good. Questions are clear, everyone very accommodating and helpful. Easy communication with all staff. CEO seems very very accommodating. Nice place to interact with in a really great city.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How will your experiences benefit the organisation?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UniversalGiving in Jan 2022
Interview
Basic series of questions, the interviewers are not really trained. They just want to assess if you will make the company appear “diverse” and will work for free. Ultimately though all the CEO cares about is if you have a submissive attitude. She hates it when people express opinions or ask questions; she thinks it threatens her power and will expose her. The interview application is bogus, they try to make it look like they are rigorous and competitive… but they will hire anyone just to publish your picture on their website and look like a big team, the work u will end up doing is manual, menial and demeaning in many cases.

The interview was done over Google Meet, the process was simple and straightforward. The interviewer was pleasant and made the experience quite comfortable. The questions were challenging but engaging and I answered them confidently.
