This interview process was good and straight to the point. More conversational interview with behavioral questions. I interviewed as a student and have been with the company now for a few years.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult decision?
After initial application, a recruiter scheduled a phone screen within 3 weeks. Following phone screen, phone screen with the HM the very next week. Both calls went well with positive feedback at the end of the conversation. HM said they would like to advance me in the process…great! Only to be ghosted. Several emails to the recruiter went unanswered and still never received a rejection after 2 months. Good experience with the actual interviews, but poor follow up.

Interviews were conversation- trying to understand depth of experiences to desired qualifications
First phone interview and then in-person. Was interviewed by 2 different managers. Posting of position and what the managers shared were 2 different views. Found out it was more of a call center vibes
