Application
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2015
Interview
Quick and easy. It's always funny to interview with someone who is very young and new to interviewing. Lots of promises made - not many came through. Many in my group said they were told they could work from home, and that wasn't the case. I was told I could get an early shift, and was not able to, even after many in my group were offered. I was put in a specialized group that required that I receive more training than the rest of my group and had a higher level of difficulty, but I wasn't offered any monetary compensation for that.
I applied online. I received an email for a phone interview about 3 weeks later. First phone interview was a screening. Next interview was with the hiring managers. Recruiter called me 2 weeks after my interview to verbally offer me the job.

Interview
From the initial invite to interview on the dashboard to the in person final interview, it ran smoothly and very timely. Very professional and precise. Great interview process. Recruiter team is amazing.
interview process was fast and relatively easy, empathy related questions. Heard back and got the job within 2 weeks. They will perform a background screen and drug screen prior to employment. Additionally, be prepared to only be able to work from ONE location, even though you are remote. You will NOT be able to travel and work from multiple locations
