Applied online and after a week or two received an email about a digital one-way interview using Hirevue. Using Hirevue just felt extremely impersonal.

Pretty standard questions, what is your greatest strength, weakness, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (South Bend, IN) in Oct 2022
Interview
Both interviewers were very friendly throughout the process! They had two thirty minute interviews with people from Optum and Surest, and then a phone interview with a recruiter from UnitedHealth Group.
