The initial interaction with the recruiter was great. The interview process after that was painful. As I interviewed with ~12 people, over the course of 6 weeks. Interviews themselves were fairly typical, but the issue was needing to take time off work so many times. As in many cases it was a single person, on a given day, I was going to meet with.
