Submitted application online and immediately received email for a digital video interview. I had just begun job searching again and it was the first company I applied at because I really wanted to work there. Unfortunately, it was my first digital video interview. Very uncomfortable talking to myself on screen. I am great at talking with people online (current telecommuter) or in person, but not a recorded video interview with no human interaction. Other than that, the questions were PM-related which I was able to answer although a bit nervous.
If you are just getting back out on the job market and really want to work for this company, interview somewhere else first to get your experience and confidence back! It was a big mistake on my part.

Interview
3 rounds, hiring leader and two rounds with other partners. In addition there was a pre interview with an HR recruiter. Overall interview process was about one month. All interviews were conducted virtually.
