Interview
Was called in for an interview with hiring manager and another staff member. Was asked regarding my current position and the duties it entails, as well as why I am looking to join this field of work and what qualities do I have that would be good for this position. I was asked what is my plan to do with this career path specifically. The manager asked what programs do I currently use for my current position, and asked if I have ever used some of their programs, and if I was familiar with Word programs and Lotus, etc. Work culture seems very laid back and welcoming. This position also has the opportunity to work from home as well.
I was also informed that they will be selecting a few candidates for a second round of interviews before making their final decision.

Interview
Great experience and really friendly. I didn't get the job but I would not hesitate to apply to a different position because they were so helpful and friendly. First, I was asked to do a phone screen then received an email for an in person interview.
