The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
After I applied online, I recieved an invitation for a video interview. All the reviews on here are extremely helpful! You are sent instructions and just follow them. Take the practice option and it will get you more comfortable with the process. I suggest that you do your best to dress and look like you would if you were meeting a real person. Consider all of your past work and personal experiences and remember what challenges you had and over came. Trust in who you are and be yourself! Good luck, you'll do great! I got invited to the in person interview, I go this week to SF, I am so excited!

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
