I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
The procress is rather quick. After applying, I recieved an email for a web interview w/n a few days. The web interview had about 4 case scenario questions (ie: name a time...) & 2 typical interview questions (ie: what makes you a great fit for this role as a flight attendant w/ United). W/n a week I recieved a call for a face to face interview at Newark Airport. It was a group setting and information session. Thereafter, they called about 2-4 candidates at time to do individual interviews. Questions asked was about the same from the web interview.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
