I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The hiring and interview process were fairly straight forward with United Airlines. I applied online and was invited via email to complete an online video interview a day later. The video interview was easy and will be for you too as long as you stay calm and let your personality shine. About 4 or 5 days after I completed the video interview, I was invited for a face-to-face interview at SFO.
The in-person interview began with a meet and greet with all of the candidates and current United Flight Attendants/HR that would be conducting the interviews. There was an informational session where United explains the position, pay, etc. FYI pay and scheduling are rough as a beginning FA. You can expect to be on reserve schedule for the first 5 years. Beginning pay is about $21/hr with a minimum guarantee of 83 hours per month.
After a brief Q&A session with all of the candidates, each candidate is called in individually for the first round of interviews. You are then either invited to stay for the second round or sent on your merry way. The whole process is very easy and everyone is friendly. If this is something you really want, then prepare your answers to the questions on this website. That's what I did and I was invited to training on the spot!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
