I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ)
Interview
I applied just 2 weeks ago and I got a fast response within the first week to submit a Hirevue video interview. The questions were pretty much behavioral questions such as " what is exceptional customer service to you ?" "tell us about a time where you handled a difficult situation an how would've you handled it differently?" " tell us everything you would like united to know about you?". These aren't in specific order but there were six questions they did ask. You do get to practice a few sample questions so I did the best that I could. I thought I did horrible on my video interview since it was pretty challenging having to record yourself and all that. So within a few days I got an email invitation to a group interview and information session. I am crossing my fingers on this one. The best advice I can give is do your research on the company and look up FAQS on flight attendant interview questions to better prepare yourself. Good luck !!!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
