I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied in late September and it had to be less than a week when I received a response from my submission to do a Video Interview. I had 5 days to complete that. All I did was download Hire-Vue to my iPhone and I did my interview in my car on my lunch break from work :-D. It was well lit and I completely read every single interview question on Glassdoor to prepare, haha. I felt really confident about my answers and the process took maybe 15 minutes. They do allow you to practice questions which I HIGHLY recommend. I will try to put as many questions as I remember but if you thoroughly read through the ones here it is a mixture of them, only 5-6 questions. After I submitted my video on Friday, October 2nd I actually received an email that Sunday to call in and schedule my group, f2f interview. Apparently, I have a scheduled date and time I have to call in by but I am able to call in sooner. So in all the process is happening within a short amount of time. I am in Florida so I am guessing they will have me go to Houston, TX.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
