Applied online, got a email back just a few days later asking to do a one way questionnaire. After I answered their 6 questions they sent me an email back only a day later saying I didn't make the cut. I thought I did well..all my questions had great content. I was bummed

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
