I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and was sent an email the following day for a video interview invitation. There are practice questions that I highly suggest using before beginning the actually recorded interview. I was prompted to answer a total of 5 questions with an additional opportunity to explain anything to United that I thought they should know about me. I prepared by writing down interview questions listed on here so no question that was asked was a surprise.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
