Applied online. Completed online video interview. Was flown out to SFO for a f2f interview. Received a CJO on the spot. When you get to the f2f, the flight attendants give a company presentation, allow the interviewees to ask questions. Then they call you one by one to be interviewed by 1 of their FA recruiters on site. They went over my reference/recommendation letter, my resume and application. Asked situational questions, asked me to read a public announcement, allowed me to ask questions. All the time while they wrote notes about me and my answers. Afterwards I was made to wait in a small room while another FA recruiter came to get me for the second interview. This time there were 3 senior FAs doing the questioning. I was led back out of the room, came back in for more questions, led back out, they made their decision. Called me back in and offered the CJO on the spot. They inform you not to discuss any of this with the other candidates, so as not to discourage anyone still waiting for their interview, and for privacy reasons of course. I was sent to the drug test and then I flew home. Within a couple of hours I had received my pre-training email and study guide.
