The initial interview is very basic. As long as you don't have a criminal record or severe disability, they will hire just about anyone Make sure that you review some very basic interview questions beforehand. As long as you can take a minute to compose yourself and answer, they will hire you.

I had 2 interviewers. Both of them made the interview process very relaxing. Before it started we just kind of talked about them and how they got started with the company. Started off with telling them about yourself then got into job specific questions. Got the call the next day saying I got the job. However, I did know somebody on the inside already which helped.
