The interview process consisted of a phone interview with HR, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the junior members of the team and a final round interview with the hiring manager, director and VP on the team. The timing of the entire process seemed extremely long, especially the time between when I applied and when I was officially contacted by HR and after the final interview and when I received word that the job offer went to an internal candidate. Given my experience with other corporate HR departments, this seems to be par for the course though.
