Didn’t initially get offer as 11 candidates applied and only 10 positions were available that all went to internal hires despite being told I was the best candidate. Received offer 2 months later.

Asked a couple STAR (Situation, Task; Action, Result) questions
Friendly but a process it’s normally a 2 interviews one online and in person dress casual be yourself and show off skills everyone was pretty nice good attitudes drug test done on site which was nice to not have to travel to get it done once you’re done with that process everything else is pretty smooth and straightforward from that point
