Because I had a referral, there was a 5 minute with the director and 5 minutes with the immediate supervisor. There is alot of nepotism in the contracted role, so if you know someone, you really have to screw up to not get it. They interview people with no reference just to fulfill the process, I only know 1 out of 50 that did not have a reference.
