I applied in-person. I interviewed at United Airlines in Dec 2014
Interview
The process for interviewing is pretty cool. After you apply online they notify you that you are invited to a group interview held at a hotel. They speak to the group and give you an overview about the company then they interview interview everyone separetly and if they like you they extend you a positon on the spot. This invitation is to go to the next step which is Background, physical, drug test.
If you pass all of this you are hired and start ruffly 2 months after the initial group interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
the process took about for hours. They were very professional with the presentation. The interview was complete with questions about the position and safety. They made me feel comfortable about the job I apply for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had 2 interviewers. Both of them made the interview process very relaxing. Before it started we just kind of talked about them and how they got started with the company. Started off with telling them about yourself then got into job specific questions. Got the call the next day saying I got the job. However, I did know somebody on the inside already which helped.
