I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
The Orientation was great and informative. the Interview felt like i was in front of a judge, the recrutier got up in the middle of the interview and walked outside the room in the middle of me speaking. It really hurt me because i spent so much time and resources to get there for my time to be devauled like that. without an ounce of respect for it. Although he got back within minutes, i was left baffled that he didnt wait for me to finish talking before excusing himself out.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
