I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Everything that was mentioned before, the process and the type of questions were pretty much the same that I experienced. I've seen 3 other applicants and myself waiting for their return flights and no mention of a second interview. It was mentioned to everyone that we were going to receive an email in about a week notifying us either way. My interviewer said he had to pass on all his notes from all his interviews to other individuals to make another decision. I felt that I did well, I was asked majority of the questions that I rehearsed from this website but reading other posts about 2nd interviews is making me nervous and I'm starting to second guess. Why else would they schedule everyone's return time in the evening if the interview was only 3 hours? Well, I'll just cross my fingers and hope to get an email soon and if it is a decline than there are others things that I am meant to do, but for now.. I'll try and remain positive!

Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
