I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I arrived, the day before. I stayed at the Airport in Houston Texas until the very next day. If you have the means of a friend living close by or stay at a hotel, you can.
I took the shuttle for the Marriot Hotel, the interview will be held there. In the shuttle I met other candidates, we talk and it was fun.
Once we arrived we all gathered in a big room probably like 60 + candidates.
We got briefed about the position and what to expect. Simple simple simple.
The questions are the same questions I read at this website. SAME. Nothing about the world coming into and end type of questions.
They will call your name you will sit in front of an interviewer. you will read what you see on a laminated paper in front of you. He has your file and ask questions. He will tell you he might not do eye contact much because he needs to write but he will be listening.
After that I shook his hand and he walked me out of the door.
It was a fantastic experience. You don't need to micromanage how everything is going to turn out to improve your chances.
Stay with short simple answers, you don't have to dramatize your answers -- to validate your point. The interview will go quicker.
Dress the part, smile and believe you are getting it. No matter what happens after that.
You always get -- what you have prepared for.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
