I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Evanston, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Submitted application in August, received virtual interview in November, and had my face to face interview on December 27,2021. It was a great experience and journey to be included and considered. However, I felt as though it was a waste of my time because durning the presentation I was told that their can be no visible tattoos, I have a light blue Pisces symbol behind my right ear. I was transparent about willing to remove or cover if provided the opportunity. Then after further research there is a height maximum of 6’3” and with no decision of my own I am 6’6”. I wished to be apart of this company with all of my heart, however it’s seems that this career and company is not written in the stars for me. Wish best of luck to those how fit into the exclusive requirements, it’s a wonderful opportunity with amazing benefits. United can truly make you feel divided into special and unwanted.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
