I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied online and had an employee referral in mid-August. I was emailed 2 weeks ago and asked to schedule my video interview, and I just had it this morning! This was not a recording your answers type of interview, like I've seen others mention on here. I was interviewed by a real person who actually works for the company. I was told that I should receive an email within 5 to 7 business days (or maybe longer) with their decision. Make sure you have questions in mind to ask your interviewer! It makes things a lot more relaxed if you're not the only one answering questions on the fly lol. Fingers crossed!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time someone you didn't know asked you to help them.
Tell me about a time a customer was upset and blamed you for something that wasn't your fault.
Tell me about a time you worked with a team you did not know.
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a rude customer, who you later had to help. Is there anything you would have done differently?

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
